I had a fantastic stay at Hotel Contessa! The staff truly went above and beyond to make our experience special. Our room was comfortable and offered a stunning view of the city. The location was right on the Riverwalk, making it easy to explore the area, though the slightly damp room was a minor drawback. Overall, I would absolutely stay here again!

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. While it's in a fantastic location by the Riverwalk and the rooms were nice, the Wi-Fi was horrendous which made planning our outings quite frustrating. The service had its ups and downs, particularly with check-in and some less-than-friendly staff. Overall, it had its perks, but I would likely explore other options next time.
